Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall. We are also unable to accept the returns of Caninsulin syringes, even if the packaging is unopened.

Epiphen Solution for Dogs 30ml is an antiepileptic and is used in the control of fits or seizures – called epilepsy in dogs.

This is a schedule 3 controlled drug and as such is subject to strict regulations.

A prescription for Epiphen is only valid for 28 days from the date written.
Each Epiphen order must have a new/original prescription.
The original prescription must be posted to us before we can supply the solution. Faxed or emailed copies cannot be accepted.
Repeats are not allowed.
It is up to the discretion of your Veterinary Surgeon to write a prescription allowing more than 28 days treatment but this must all be supplied within the 28 days.
