Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall. We are also unable to accept the returns of Caninsulin syringes, even if the packaging is unopened.

Epi-Otic Ear Cleaner is designed to remove crusts, and debris from within the ear. Powerful botanicals actively dry the ear canal.

Epi-Otic ear Cleaner includes a combination of powerful active ingredients in Spherulites (Virbac’s patented capsulation system) to enhance the durability of the ointment.

Ideal for routine dog and cat ear cleansing, Epi-Otic Ear cleaner is suitable for use in many situations.

Directions for use:

Shake well before use. Turn the white nozzle to open the bottle and then apply to the ear canal. Gently rub the base of the ear and then wipe the interior of the ear flap with a swab moistened with Epi-Otic.
