Incurin is used in the treatment of hormone dependent urinary incontinence due to urethral sphincter mechanism incompetence in spayed (ovariohysterectomised) bitches.

Sphincter mechanism incompetence is a failure of the urethral sphincter to tightly close, which allows urine to leak and causes urinary incontinence. Treatment of hormone dependent urinary incontinence with Incurin increases the oestrogen levels, which supports the normal mechanisms that strengthen urethral sphincter tone, ensuring a tight seal that prevents urinary incontinence.

Contains the active ingredient estriol (1mg per tablet). Estriol is a natural oestrogen (short-acting).

Incurin dose is determined on an individual basis for each dog, under veterinary supervision, with a recommended starting dose of 1 tablet daily.
