Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall. Ocry-gel is used for physiological eye care. Its pH and composition allow it to act as artificial tears; however, because it is a gel, it remains on the cornea longer and is not swept away through the movement of the eyelids.

Administration

Gently apply 1 to 2 drops in each eye, generally twice daily.

The application frequency can be adjusted by the veterinarian based on your pet’s needs; if this is the case, be sure to follow your veterinarian’s instructions and not administer more than prescribed.
