Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall. We are also unable to accept the returns of Caninsulin syringes, even if the packaging is unopened.

The Pet Remedy Heated Pet Pad is a safe and effective heated pad which was originally developed for Petsavers as a post-operative heating mat for vets. It is an easy way of keeping your pet warm and cosy at home.

The Pet Remedy Heated Pet Pad is tough and runs on low voltage so is cheap enough to run it can be left on constantly. The lead has a connector in the middle so it can easily be passed through a cage or basket.

  • Only 15 watts so cheap to run (ie 1p per hour!) Safe to leave on constantly
  • Gently brings body mass temperature up to around 39 degs C
  • Maintains optimum temperature with 2 integral thermostats for extra safety – BSAVA approved and recommended
  • Generous 2.7m of cable with protective sheath to prevent chewing 12v AC electronic adaptor plug
  • Wipe-able pad 42cm x 38cm x (16.5” x 15”)
  • Ideal for all mammals young or old
  • Suitable for use in pet bed, whelping and carry baskets
