Alonate-P horse wormer contains pyrantel embonate and is used for the treatment of adult infections of large and small redworms, ascarids and pinworms found in the gastrointestinal tract of horses, ponies and foals. Alonate-P also treats and controls tapeworm infection with the use of a double dose.
Pyrantel embonate has a broad spectrum of activity, including against large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, large roundworms and tapeworms.
Each syringe contains sufficient paste to treat a 600kg horse at single dose.
Do not use in foals less than 4 weeks of age.
Safe to use in pregnant and lactating mares.
