Cavalesse for Horses

Cavalesse is a natural food supplement that is beneficial to horses and ponies that are generally itchy during the summer months.

Recommendations:

• Use Cavalesse as early in the season as possible to help prevent sweet itch
• This solution should be put in a small handful of food or on a treat, not into the feed bucket
• Give cavalesse around the same time every day (ie morning or evening)
• The effects of nicotinamide only last for 24 hours so it is important to give at the same time daily

Feeding instructions

Cavalesse comes in a powder form.

Mix one sachet with 80mls of water then:

• Give 2mls (to horses weighing less than 500kg)
• or 3mls to horses over 500kg).
• 3 sachets will last a horse <500kg for 120days or a horse >500kg for 80 days.
