Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. Directions for use

  • Wet the coat with warm water and use enough shampoo to build a good lather.
  • Massage in so the product reaches the skin and comb or brush through the coat.
  • Leave for 2-3 minutes then rinse.
