Description

Propalin 40mg/ml Syrup for Dogs is a sympathomimetic that increases and stabilises the urethral closure pressure.
Propalin is used to treat urinary incontinence caused by urethral sphincter incompetence, in female dogs. The effectiveness of Propalin has only been demonstrated in spayed female dogs.
Urinary incontinence can affect dogs of both sexes, at any age, and if you find that your dog is leaving behind “wet spots” in their bed or in random places in the house, then propalin could be the answer. This involuntary loss of ability to control urine can be very stressful for both dog and owner, but the condition is eminently treatable with propalin, which can be bought online.

Dogs affected by urinary incontinence will dribble or leak urine, often while asleep, and although there is no cure, the condition can be effectively managed.

Propalin is safe and easy to use, and works by strengthening the muscle tone at the neck of the bladder to prevent the accidental leakage of urine. The treatment comes in the form of a chewable tablet or a syrup that can be disguised in your dog’s food. Results are seen fast, and improvements in your dog’s condition can usually be seen in the first week.

Contraindications:

The use of Propalin is not appropriate for the treatment of behavioural causes of inappropriate urination. Do not administer to dogs treated with non-selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to active substance or to any of the excipients.

****WARNING:****

Should not be used to treat behavioural causes of inappropriate urination. Propalin can affect blood pressure and heart rate, so care should be taken in animals with cardiovascular disease. It should not be given to dogs treated with non-selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Check product data for full contraindications and warnings.
