Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall. Feeding guidelines

Capsules can be given whole or if preferred pricked with a pin and the contents squeezed onto the animal’s food.

Dogs

Small – 1 capsule
Medium – 2 capsules
Large – 3 capsules

Puppies

1 capsule for every 2.5kg of weight, maximum of 3 daily.

Cats

2 capsules.

Other small animals and pigeons

1 capsule.

Caged birds

1-2 capsules every 4 days squeezed onto seed.

Ponies
20ml (1 Tablespoon) mixed with dry feed.

Dogs
Puppies â€‹- at the start of weaning a few drops increasing gradually to a 5ml teaspoon per 500g (1lb) of food.
Adults – Small Breeds – up tp 5kg half to one teaspoon
Large Breeds – one 5ml Teaspoon

Cats
Kittens – at the start of weaning a few drops increasing graually up to half – 1 teaspoonâ€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹ (5ml).
Adults – one 5ml teaspoon.

Budgerigars, Canaries, Parrots and Other Birds
Add four drops daily into dry seed.
