Depocillin is a popular broad spectrum antibiotic used to treat horses, cattle, sheep and pigs with bacterial infections caused by penicillin sensitive microorganisms. It is given by intra-muscular injection (NEVER intra-venously). Contains procaine penicillin.

Depocillin should be stored in a refrigerator, between 2-8 ° C & protected from light.

This product requires a prescription from your vet & will only be dispatched once we receive this prescription.

Warnings & Contraindications- Do not administer depocillin to horses that are allergic to Penicillin. During a course of treatment, do not use the same injection site more than once. Shake the container vigorously before use, otherwise the product can separate. Store between 2°C to 8°C, in a refrigerator.

Pregnancy & Lactation- Safe to use during pregnancy & lactation.

Passport Requirements- This medication cannot be used in horses intended for human consumption. Your vet must have signed Section 9 of your horse's passport (or Section 2 for passports issued after 1st January 2016).
