Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall. Equine America MSM Powder.

 

MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) is a high quality, bioavailable form of organic sulphur.  It is found naturally in fresh forage, but largely lost by processing feed and the drying process of preserved forage (hay and haylage).

Therefore many stabled competition horses and ponies may not receive enough of this essential nutrient.

Sulphur plays many important roles in the horse’s body.  It is a vital component of some amino acids and certain vitamins, and crucially, sulphur also plays a very important role in the production of collagen – a key component of connective tissue (ligaments and tendons) and cartilage – the “shock absorbing” layer in joints.

All these specialised tissues are made from proteins, bonded by flexible sulphur compounds. This gives these important structures their vital elasticity.
