Returns It should be noted that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any labelled products, including prescription medicines and flea and worming products. If the customer has requested a cancellation but the order has already been dispatched then we will not be able to cancel and refund the order. This also applies if the customer has ordered the incorrect dosage. Returns of any labelled products are only acceptable if it is due to an error in processing, or for an official recall. We are also unable to accept the returns of Caninsulin syringes, even if the packaging is unopened.

Keratex Cooling Gel is an excellent way of cooling your horse’s muscles, ligaments and tendons after exercise, and is also ideal for use as a way of preventing inflammation and heat in horses during periods of travel and on box rest.

Keratex Cooling Gel cools by evaporation and, unlike other gels available, does not contain menthol or camphor which are used to numb the nerve receptors without actually cooling the internal structures of the legs.

Warm legs are more flexible which can lead to damaged ligaments and pulled tendons, so this Keratex Cooling Gel is a great way to prevent damage while keeping your horse’s legs cool during or after exercise, or during stabling or travel.
