Keratex Cooling Gel cools by evaporation and, unlike other gels available, does not contain menthol or camphor which are used to numb the nerve receptors without actually cooling the internal structures of the legs.

Warm legs are more flexible which can lead to damaged ligaments and pulled tendons, so this Keratex Cooling Gel is a great way to prevent damage while keeping your horse's legs cool during or after exercise, or during stabling or travel.
